I have had a great stay here. It is centrally located in Bukit Bintang, within walking distance to Pavilion Shopping, making it perfect for exploring the area. The customer service was excellent, prompt, and followed up on my inquiries, especially by team members Anna, Kenneth, Fawwaz; their service is outstanding. I will definitely return to the same hotel.

Upon check-in, the staff informed me that they would send a cake to the room for the occasion I told them about, but unfortunately I left the hotel and didn't see anything. The bed makes a disturbing noise, and I informed the duty manager about it. They sent a technician who changed the wheels, but unfortunately the problem persisted, and I think the bed mattress is worn out
