Disappointing. A brand like Four Seasons cannot afford to have a venue of this level, far from the luxury typical of this brand. It is a hotel that does not even reach 4 stars with deficiencies in all areas. There is no luggage pick-up service, the rooms are ridiculously small, bathrooms without amenities, very old pool, limited staff, and far from the service offered by the brand in other hotels like Madrid, Kuala Lumpur, Bali... very bad experience.

We loved the quality and freshness, especially my husband who loved it. Considering it was his birthday and in such a great hotel! And the buffet and the food were delicious, thank you.

That the facility was closed and we were not informed that the swimming pool was closed. Next time we would like to receive some information on what is available.
The service received from the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. This was our second time staying here and have booked again for next year
