The TV was not working, we didn't have a phone to communicate with reception, they were under construction, and I was not given any support. The complaint was made directly during the check-out, I was well attended, but there was never an apology regarding the services. I noticed that I had to understand the situation, but from the EXE HOTEL COLON, there was no intention to compensate for the issues mentioned. That's why I believe they failed in my experience, in the category, and in the service. Therefore, I expect a response from the hotel. Regards.

It is an old hotel, with humidity and a smell of dampness, the TV didn't work, and not all lights were functional

I requested a room facing the obelisk: the curtains did not cover the side walls, so I did not have the view I paid for, furniture was worn out and old, few power outlets (1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom with a smell of dampness). In general, the hotel is very neglected with damp stains. There are no ramps for disabled access, and luggage must be carried as there are no luggage carriers.

We got a room with a view to the back and there is a constant noise, obviously from outside, and we ended up getting used to it.
