Only 3 lifts in the hotel that were always busy, so you had to wait a long time for a lift. Also the water pressure in the shower was really low and the water wasn't hot so had to have cold showers and it took ages to get my hair wet. Restaurant was very expensive.
Air conditioning in room 1314 was not working properly. Room temperature rose to 25 degrees at night! Windows cannot be opened.

Traveling by elevator took sooooo loooong! And the breakfast was quite limited.
Great location, super quiet and surrounded by forests with excellent public transport links. The staff were also outstanding!!

Room 414 is very noisy, getting a lot of outside loud noises: slamming doors in the hallway, heavy building works starting at 7.30 on the other side of the road
