When I arrived, the check-in was very slow as the rooms were not available. We had to wait for like 45 minutes. But when we checked in, we found out the room was small and smelly. We spoke to them, and they upgraded us to a better and spacious room, which made it worth it. It was a nice stay, to be fair. Everything went well. It is in a nice area. The only small issue is that it is an old hotel. It’s 45 years old. Needs to be renovated.

Our reservation was cancelled by the Hotel. We don’t know why and had to call Hotels.com late at night, and the agent confirmed we had reservations. We were very upset and confused since we had 2 separate bookings for the same week, and one was cancelled. They blamed it on a system glitch. The rooms are dated and not renovated. Only the lobby area is very nice. The Beach is not close to the hotel!

The IHG Hotel CANCELLED our reservations, and we still don’t know why? We called Hotels.com, and they confirmed our reservation with the Hotel IHG. We were given a room after going back and forth with the front desk. Since we had 2 bookings for the same week, we did not understand.
