Excellent location, close to Newbury Street, large modern room with a river view, modern shower. On the second floor, there is a commercial center, Starbucks

Because the hotel is very large, with a lot of people traffic, it seems that the receptionists' attitude is less personal, with less patience.
The location.
The location.
They don't provide water even though it's a luxury hotel in downtown Boston, first time I see that. When you call, there is a lack of customer service attention, I wanted water bottles as well as other service and they never answered the phone. No minibar and they also don't have bathroom amenities like shower caps, etc... I expected it to be more complete
The hotel is good, but it is very large, it even looks like a casino hotel. I prefer smaller hotels, but the location is very central. The beds were good and so were the pillows.

Breakfast was at the Yard House restaurant. I found it expensive for what the buffet has to offer. The shower water pressure is weak.
CB at the reception desk is exceptionally professional and was a reason to consider staying at the same hotel when I am back in Boston. He is hands-on, always helpful, always with a solution, and with a big smile.
