There was a large crack in the wall of my room, and the view was not great (heating/ventilation unit)

The bar and restaurant were privatized in the evening, so we had to go out to eat. There were too many people at breakfast, there was a 5-minute line to get a cup of coffee, and there were only cardboard cups left (might as well go to McDonald's)
The bar was not available for guests due to an event, even though there was visibly no one in the bar but still staffed by 2 bartenders. Later in the evening, we were able to get a drink, but the bartender was very arrogant and unfriendly. The breakfast was so overcrowded that there were not enough coffee cups available, so people had to use cardboard cups.
