The room was very poorly furnished, no daily room service. The location for cars to the airport is convenient, but public transportation is inconvenient. There are no restaurants nearby, it takes twenty minutes to get to the city center.

The toilet didn’t flush properly so we asked for maintenance and housekeeping to come and fix it but no one turned up. We were offered to move rooms at night but it was too late. The reception manager argued with me, insisting I hadn’t mentioned anything. I explained that it was noon and another receptionist had assured me they’d take care of it. Disappointed:/

The rooms are completely lacking in charm. We had a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain instead of a real shower, as shown in the photos. The soundproofing of the rooms is terrible. The value for money in high season is scandalous.
