The bed was lopsided already
Clean and cozy. The check-in process was great. I received a text to check in on me due to a late check which was nice. Staff was friendly and the room was clean

No service of any kind! No valet! No room service! No customer service! No housekeeping! No one answers the phone. Could only get through to the restaurant who said they would ask the front desk to call us.. no one did! And no drawers anywhere! And we had a deluxe room! Poor water pressure from all faucets. Had a reservation for our return leg to Seattle. We cancelled.
