The staff's response is good. They immediately helped when I forgot my key and couldn't enter the room.

The smell was strong. The eating area was in the basement, and it had a constant musty smell probably due to high humidity.

The breakfast was insanely delicious, the metro was right next to the hotel a couple of stops from the center, the rooms were neat and clean, the staff was very nice, helped with all questions, everything was great, highly recommend, there is also a nice park opposite the hotel and you can find everything you need in the nearby shops, thank you for such a welcome
