As I had stayed for nearly 1 month,I had noticed there was quite a few times the Elevator was not functioning. Walking down the stairs every morning was a bit of a hassle
In a hotel with 11 floors, there are two small and slow elevators that hinder mobility

One of the mattresses was a bit sunken and they didn't have a mattress cover, the minibar didn't cool well, the bathroom tile grouts were dirty.
