A concierge that sells sandwiches. A concierge when asked how do I get to the Niagara Falls decides to book us on a maple syrup tasting Niagara Falls tour which took five hours to get there when we were told it would only take two. Despicable!

Strong smells in room, outdated rooms with a strong smell. No possibility to open windows and fan in bathroom not very strong so room felt humid
