Absolutely loved my stay at Courtyard Shenzhen! The location is fantastic — perfectly positioned for exploring Shenzhen in any direction, and even making trips to Hong Kong or Macau is incredibly convenient. The restaurant serves genuinely great food, but what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are simply amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. Great location, great food, and exceptional service. Definitely a hotel I’d be happy to return to!

Great hotel and facilities. Staff was very friendly and would communicate well in English or using a translator - no problem whatsoever. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of western options. Very conveniently located for business meetings. Laundry was efficient. Fitness room was good! Housekeeping did a great job every day.
