Everything proved sufficient clean, but a squeegee could be helpful.
Contact persons were not available by phone or Whatsapp.
Close to many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The studio has a good bed and simple furniture.
Minimal cooking amenities; better to eat out.
Tarif cher pour la prestation.
Not mentioned, but better options outside.
Experience was sufficient but did not meet high standards.
If you don't set high standards it's a good place to stay. Everything proved sufficient clean. The studio has a good bed, simple furniture and a kitchen including a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses. For cooking just one frypan (proving a damaged soil by scraping) available so it's is better to go out for eating or to pick up food (as many restaurants in the immediate vicinity). A bathroom and toilet in the same space, causing everything to get wet (a squeegee could be helpful to make the bathroom floor easily dry after taking a shower). Some road noise, but after 10 PM and till 7 AM it was acceptable. In the contact list two contact persons were mentioned which I tried to contact for questioning but both didn't proof to be available by phone or Whatsapp.

I rented through Hotels.com a studio from City Comfort Apartments. It is a basement studio (the window is at street level without a security grille). The studio was without air conditioning only with a fan: if you kept the window closed, it was suffocating. If you left the window open, you risked someone from the sidewalk falling in. The bathroom has no window or ventilator. Walls peeling from humidity. A nightmare. From the studio's ad, you couldn't tell it was a basement (the photos don't show the open window without a curtain. A nightmare. Uninhabitable. I invite HOTELS.COM to verify the correctness, completeness, and truthfulness of the ads posted on their site to provide reliable service to customers

Upon arrival the apartment was in appalling condition to begin with the door was jammed, downstairs door to outside on the left wide open for people to come and go as they please. hair everywhere no lock on the window, smelled like cat urine, counters cookers everything unbelievably hygienic, 20 minutes in random men banging on the door and shouting. We decided to get out of there and moved to hotel Malia holidays in Malia, we immediately phoned the owner who refused all refund. DO NOT BOOK! The local area is not well lit and made us feel very uneasy. Avoid at all costs it’s not worth it.

Small place, in a windowless basement, without light sockets next to the bed, without hot water. Left the apartment the same night to escape to a decent hotel, the landlady refuses any refund. To be avoided like the plague
