Paid a lot of money for a suite for our wedding. Kitchen extractor fan directly outside the window on floor 4, really loud for the full duration, couldn’t sleep properly. On the second night someone turned up at 2am to clean it with a power washer Waking up the full family. Rang reception and told there’s nothing they can do about it. Went down to reception and also recieved the same info. Was glad to leave so could get a proper sleep
