This is my second time at the Baron and I got an upgrade! Also my stay was with breakfast included. Buffet covered literally everything so I got to eat different food every single day and all of it was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly and such positive energy! Everyone at the reception were very welcoming and responsive to all my requests. The pool cozy and chill and the staff at the pool were great help. I also requested a last minute massage with no appointment and I was on the wait list, I got a call shortly afterwards from the spa telling me a spot is empty if I still wanted it and I tried the Egyptian massage which was not the best but still good.

The bathroom in the room I was staying was leaking from the sink which led to wet floor every time I washed my hands. And the structure of the shower itself was not very practical to me because water still sneaked out and wet the floor as well so I had to put a towel on the floor.

The hotel is very well located in relation to the airport, with many activities and amenities nearby. The establishment is clean and the staff is particularly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We arrived very early, around 5 a.m., and the reception was warm. A small supplement was requested for an early check-in, which was completely understandable and allowed us to settle in a short time. We also had the chance to have a magnificent view of the Baron Palace from our room. The meal was plentiful and of good quality. We highly recommend this hotel and will return with great pleasure on our next visit to Cairo!
