＜共通＞ ◆check in 時に対応した a female maneger の宿泊客対応が『高圧的 かつ 一方的』で、非常に不快だった【Booking.com予約時の確定宿泊金額＜US＄建て＞と check in 時の総請求額に差異があった為、『hotel からBooking.com に予約条件(確定金額)を修整するよう』依頼した処、a female maneger から『その必要はない。hotel system の仕組みによる『請求金額とBooking.com(等の)予約時確定宿泊金額との差異』は、この15年間、恒常的に発生している。気に食わなければ( cancel fee を支払った上で) Booking.com 予約を取り消せば良い』と言われた】。×××××××××××××××××××× ◆check in 時に対応した a male reception staff の『対応全般』が要領を得ず【部屋の割り当て・宿泊費総額の確定 etc...】、check in 手続き終了迄、約1時間30分を要した【また、Booking.com 予約時確定宿泊金額＜▲US＄4,932.40＞以外に、『総額▲US＄440 以上の』追加 service 料金を請求された(『25連泊中、cleaning 等の room service 一切不要の為、支払いしない旨を通告済!!!)】 ＜Booking.comの予約条件に『宿泊費以外の現地追加費用金額【総額(US＄)】及びその適用条件【3泊日毎の『強制』室内清掃 etc...】』を予め明記すべき＞。 ××××××××××××××× ◆check in 直後、自室の web TV への『YouTube application』の追加方法が分からず、a male reception staff に対処方法を確認した処、『YouTube application』追加方法は(hotel staffs は 誰も)把握していない為、(翌日以降) maintenance 業者に来てもらわないと対応出来ない』と言われた【20260822(土)am、2 male maintenance staff が『調整』に来たが、結果的に『install 出来ず』25連複中、全く web TV を利用出来なかった】。××××××××× ◆客室に『electric pot(kettle)』の装備無し【hotel として所有していない為、貸出不可】。××××× ◆check in 時に a male staff に対して『cleaning 等の room service 一切不要』を通告し、check in直後から、自室 door 外面に『Don't disturb』tug を表示し続けていたにも関わらず、＜ 【①(/2)】 ＜⑤(/7【←25】)泊目pm【20260825(火)14:06頃】＞ の昼食中、a female cleaning staff が自室 door を 強く③回 knock した。××××××××××××××× 【②(/2)】 ＜⑥(/7【←25】)泊目pm【20260826(水)19:54頃】＞ の就寝中、check in 時に対応した a male staff が自室 door を 強く⑧回 knock した後、『spare key 』を使って自室に『無断侵入』を③回試みた。×××××××××××××××××××× ＞ ◆＜⑦(/7【←25】)泊目pm【20260827(木)12:00頃】＞ a female maneger に対して、改めて『残り⑱(/25)泊中』の『一切の room cleaning 不要』の依頼をした処、『hotel の規定によりそれは出来ない』と頑なに『3泊毎の room cleaning 断行』を宣言された。×××××××××××××××××××× ◆＜⑦【←25】連泊中を通じて＞昼夜を問わず、隣室【807号室】の a female guest が自室前の共用廊下で『大声で携帯電話で通話しながら【又は、携帯電話を操作しながら】煙草を吸う』こと、及び、共用廊下上に『日常ごみが積み上げられている【又は、散乱している】』こと、が常態化しており『非常に uncofrtable かつ 不衛生』だった。×××××××××× ◆check in 時にa male reception staff より『hold』された『②件 の credit card 保留請求▲71,868円【service fee】& ▲724,441円【accommodation fee】』が完全に『credit 請求対象』から除外される迄...
