Location downtown.. room size. Pool location . Gym and the hours 24/7.

Cleaning staff wasn’t good. Front desk staff did not accommodate well with cleaning staff and refrigerator not working at all. Pool hours too short closes way too early. Water flooded elevator space outside was a safety hazard.. and did not allow late check out
This is a very nice boutique hotel. It is in a good location although not right on the bay.

We paid for a balcony room with a bay view. We could see the bay, but our view was the science museum. We were on the sixth floor. The view might have been better if we had been higher. The food was excellent!
