Staff is rude from the get-go. My upstairs neighbor's apartment burned, so I had to get out in a hurry. Rude desk worker said seventy-two a night. I merely looked at her and she stated, 'What, you can't afford it?'...I walked out. I have enough in my checking alone to pay her salary for a year. Being treated rudely while dealing with issues at hand, not hospitable at all.

I liked it. The cleanliness. Every day I returned to the hotel. At night. Everything was clean. And the bed was well made with new towels. I liked that a lot. That they clean the room every day.

I had to go through 3 rooms; the first and second room had roaches and bed bugs. It wasn't until I was moved to a different floor that it got better
