The bathroom was very old-fashioned, with old yellow tiles and there was no shelf or similar to put your utensils. We noticed a water damage on the 1st evening after showering. A lot of water was dripping from the ceiling panels in the anteroom to our rooms. Unfortunately, the damage could not be properly repaired during our five-day stay. The breakfast buffet unfortunately included too much sweet items like cake, sweet croissants and little bread selection and little choice of toppings. I would prefer a healthier breakfast.

Water seeped in through the windows while raining creating a small puddle inside the room. No handwash in the toilet. Shower glass could be higher.

Comfortable stay, clean rooms and has lift facilities. Breakfast was good spread. Very near to Roma Termini. A lot of restaurants are around the vicinity. There's a good Indian restaurant nearby. Our group enjoyed the location of the hotel and the eateries nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are also minimarts nearby.

The street was a bit narrow, that our coach couldn't enter. We had to drag our luggages a bit further to the main road to board the bus. The hotel is divided into 2 buildings that are not connected. We had to go down to the ground floor and take the lift at the other side to meet our friends.

Location is great. Room was a good size for Rome. Breakfast wasn't too bad. A/C worked well.

Very noisy. Elevator/lift is sized for a Barbie's house. Staff not friendly. It is overpriced for what it offers. Bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were flat and tough.
