The place is very dirty, it needs to be cleaned and freshened up, it smells bad including the room.
They have homeless people everywhere, people were yelling and fighting in the lobby. They don’t have a waiting area, no chairs, nothing. They have people outside by the door drinking alcohol. It’s not safe to be there.
I finally spoke with a decent front desk person without an attitude but firm. She listened to the situation and made an attempt to accommodate and resolve my issue. She said she would subtract $20 off my stay and move me to a room where the remote worked.
