Rooms reasonably small for a family of 4. Shuttle needs to be reserved in advance and was often full, and the air conditioning was broken. Price-quality ratio mediocre. Long lines for breakfast. Good service regarding dietary requirements!

We paid for a pool view room but the room wasn't facing the pool with a balcony, it was facing the outside walkway up to the door. Asked at reception for maintenance to fix the plug on their sink but they never came and we were staying there for 3 nights. We arrived after a six-hour drive and wanted to check in, but because we arrived 45 minutes early, although our room was ready, we would have had to pay an extra $30. Very poor service to charge when the room was ready
