The front desk staff was one of the friendliest and helpful I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Her name was Quwa and she was just delightful. She answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcome. Aloft/Marriot has a one in a million in this person. She is definitely the person you want to encounter after a long travel day!

The lighting in the room was not great. You cannot turn on the light in the bathroom without the hall light coming on too. This is a problem when your traveling companion is trying to sleep. The other is the shower was not well thought out, there are no shelves or cubby holes for any personal items. The last issue was the lack of an ice machine on every floor. They are on every other floor and not all were working.
