Our room built a lot of condensation so the floors were very slippery and room wasn’t clean properly
The breakfast was top tier! They should have made cookies for the guests it was a really busy weekend I went the wrong location at first and the metarie location is way nicer and they had free cookies for the guests upon check in

Room was connected to other room with a very thin door and they watch tv on full volume till the morning, I called reception many times at night but nothing changed. Cant sleep at all.
It’s seems we kept getting the run around about the pool Really would have enjoyed some pool time
