This hotel is really comfortable. We arrived after midnight after reception had closed but there is a lockbox system with the room key in so very easy to check-in. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the supplied toiletries sublime. All the reception staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area Would definitely return in the future.

I love the location. Quiet, beautiful part of town and only minutes from everything. It has been renovated, so the rooms are lovely.

Very close to the Auckland Museum we were visiting. All staff we interacted with were very professional and pleasant. Room was nice and I thought it might be noisy with the road next to my room but night time was quiet.

Unfortunately when we stayed they didn't have the buffet operating for breakfast but the breakfast menu was ordered from was very good.
The room was spotless. Love the location. The building smells fresh. The bed was very comfortable.

The cups were very small. We had to buy our own mugs to get a decent cup of tea or coffee. The extractor fan in the bathroom, toilet was only on at selected hours, not when needed. The TV sound was not crisp and clear, a little muffled.
location was good for us. View from the hotel was very pleasant. We didnt have breakfast. waitress in the resturant was very pleasant and helpful despite having to tell us 4 times that what we wanted was not available.

We stayed two nights. I would have thought that they would make the room up for the second day. The resturant was not up to scratch . We asked for 4 different things before we got what we wanted, Everything we asked for ( on the menu) was not available
