The position is very close to the airport and free shuttle bus is really a good service. Swimmingpool very nice.. The staff is really helpfull.

The room at the beginning had a bad smell. The carpeting and the doors were worn.
Mr Mohamed Abdulrahman , made our stay amazing! He is truly a gem and took such good care of his guests. He was the highlight of our stay and went out of his way to better our experience.

Some of the other receptionists/staff were unfriendly and didnt wish to assist. The breakfast buffet food was okay. The shops in the hotel charge double the price for medicines and lie to customers with things we can easily get at a bazaar. Verified products would be understandable but in this case its a scam.
The beds were comfy and the hotel and restaurants were gorgeous..free shuttle service to airport and pick up was a bonus too
