The pool was not heated and was so cold to go in which caused customers to crowd in the hot tub and sauna.

Staff was excellent and went above and beyond. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Hotel was a short walk from the train station and shopping and restaurants.

Room condition did not align with online pictures. Carpet was in need of a deep cleaning and the bathroom door was broken.

Very beautiful rooms. A pleasant swimming pool, but you can smell it already in the elevator. Staff very helpful.

At the beginning, there were enough towels in the room, but every time a cleaning lady came by, these decreased.
