They canceled my room at the last minute due to an issue, and I could only find out when I arrived there. They had messaged me, but I was on a plane and didn't see it. They allocated a room for one night, helped with the transfer, then I moved to another hostel. I haven't received my refund yet, it may be due to Booking, but I'm leaving a review beforehand. Overall, it was good.
