The breakfast is average: plastic cutlery and cardboard dishes! Everything is thrown away. The bathtub/shower with a curtain is not convenient. Note that the hotel offers parking at $51 per night: mandatory valet service but convenient

I had to wait an hour and a half to check into the suite. (unacceptable) because they stated it was still dirty. Only to get into the room for it to be dirty. When we arrived back from our event we attended, the bathtub shower was broken, so a maintenance man had to come up and fix that. Finally get in the bed for that too to be uncomfortable. But I really trying to see the beauty in it all. However, I will NEVER stay here again.

There was a sticky bathroom floor, limited hot water, no cups in the room, the only ice machine was on the 18th floor and the reusable bottle filler did not work
