Air-conditioning seemed to struggle. Saffolding over front of building prevented access to balcony. We weren't advised renovations were in progress.
The location was good, only a few minutes walk from Milan Central station. Our room was comfortable, and quiet at night (we had a room overlooking the atrium).

The reception area was dated. The front of the hotel was being refurbished. The work started at 8am and wasn't too noisy. I think the work became noisy later in the day, once residents were out for the day, so probably not suitable if you want to sleep in.
