Its location.
Its location.
The room smelled, the furniture was damaged and old, we had to keep asking for extra towels (we had 3 ppl and the housekeeping would only leave 1 set of towels), the food was subpar and when you go to scoop some of the dried cranberries for your oatmeal, a swarm of fruit flies would rise out of the bowl. I haven’t stayed at an Embassy Suites in probably 2 decades, but I remember it being good quality, excellent service, and great for traveling families. I’m not sure if it’s the brand that has gone down or just this location. Nevertheless, I will never be back!

Door on balcony had a hard time locking. Valet took too long to get vehicles. The guy at check in was trying to charge my debit card for $400 for a damage deposit several times. He kept saying my card was declining which it was not! My bank caught the charges and immediately blocked them. Another girl checked me and everything went through fine. He needs to be stopped from trying to steal money from people!!
