Right on Fremont. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the room had a nice view. The guy who checked me in was really nice.

Right on Fremont. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the room had a nice view. The guy who checked me in was really nice.

No drip coffee in room. The shower knob fell off the wall and hit my foot. Called the front desk immediately and had to wait like 20 minutes to get it fixed and still wasn’t secured to the wall but I made it work so I could at least shower. Other than the guy that checked us in and the maintenance guy who worked on the shower the staff was pretty inhospitable. They ignored you and acted like you weren’t there. I reported the shower issue again to front desk at check out and all they were worried about was the liability of the shower knob hurting me (it bruised me, not that big of a deal for me but that thing is heavy and could potentially hurt someone worse) The food they offered was sub par and expensive for what it was. The A/C unit I think was on its last leg. It was 100 outside so I know that thing was giving it all it had.

FAIR PRICE, CLEAN ROOM, WELL MAINTAINED PROPERTY ATTENTIVE STAFF. I APPRECIATED THE TEXTS EACH DAY REGARDING HOUSEKEEPING AND WAS NOT EXPECTING THE WELLNESS CHECK DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE REQUESTED DO NOT DISTURB ON THE DOOR HANGER. UNDERSTANDABLE IN A DRUG AND ALCOHOL LOCALE ENVIRONMENT WITH AN AGING GUEST POPULATION. MY SHIFT KEY WONT UNSHIFT SORRY FOR ALL CAPS

POWER OUTLETS INSUFFICIENT FOR CHARGING DEVICES AND POWERING CPAP AND OTHER MEDICAL DEVICES. ONLY ONE SINGLE OUTLET WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR MY PREFERRED SLEEPING SIDE OF THE BED. THE ROOM WAS AT THE FARTHEST END OF THE HALL AND ONE GUEST WAS MOBILITY CHALLENGED. THERE WAS NO SIDE TABLE NEAR THE SOFA NO POWER OUTLETS NEAR SOFA. THE AC UNIT VENTS DIRECTED TOWARD THE BED SO AIR FLOW IN THE FACE ALL NIGHT MADE FOR UNCOMFORTABLE SLEEP. WE TRADED SIDES OF THE BED BUT NO OUTLET ON THE SIDE WHERE NEEDED. SINK DID NOT DRAIN PROPERLY. NO HOT OR EVEN WARM WATER IN SHOWER ON TWO DAYS OF OUR STAY. I HATED THE VIEW OF THE ROOF OF THE FREEMONT STREET CANOPY AND THE ROOM LITERALLY VIBRATED WITH THE SOUND OF THE MUSIC BLASTING UNTIL 3 AM. HATED THAT WE HAD TO WALK TO THE GOLDEN GATE TO PLAY SIGMA DERBY....YES ALL OF YOU SIGMA DERBY FOLLOWERS THE OLD MECHANICAL SIGMA DERBY IS NO LONGER AT THE D...WE WERE TOLD IT WAS WHEN WE BOOKED THE D...FOUND OUT IT WAS NOT ON CHECK IN. BUMMER THE TWO THINGS WE PLANNED OUR TRIP AROUND WERE AN INCONVENIENCE. ONE OF US WAS ATTENDING A CONFERENCE AT MANDALAY BAY SO UBER WAS EASY ENOUGH AND THE OTHER CAME FOR SIGMA DERBY...SO HE HAD QUITE A WALK.
