The room was a bit small for two beds, but since it was only one night, we didn't have major issues.

The room had a cigarette smell, we had to ask for a change. The staff made the change immediately, very kindly addressing the issue. Also, the beds in the first room were not comfortable, the mattress was already old and soft.

We liked everything. The truth is that it was a beautiful experience we had, Juan's attention was EXCELLENT and I think excellent is an understatement, we are very happy, the stay was short but very comfortable, the location was very good. Juan helped us with everything, recommended where to eat, allowed us to store our suitcases because our flight was canceled and delayed, he took care of our suitcases so we could go sightseeing in the city, gave us a map and showed us everything, he is truly a genius, very happy with him. Thank you very much Juan!
