Niente di insormontabile: la stanza è un po' buia, soffre l'assenza di luce naturale, malgrado la presenza di due finestre. Cosa invece più importante è la seguente. Abbiamo scelto l' opzione colazione inclusa,pagando una modica maggiorazione nel prezzo. La colazione, però , non è servita sul posto ,ma in un bar convenzionato a pochi minuti dalla struttura. Appena arrivati ci spiegano che la convenzione prevede: bevanda+snack. Mik marito prende latte macchiato e cornetto, mio figlio cornetto e succo di frutta. Io, però , essendo a Catania non voglio perdermi il meglio e scelgo la granita con brioches!Ops in questo caso il caffè, uno, ho dovuto pagarlo perché considerato extra convenzione...a colazione?🤔e senza scontrino pure, vabbè si dice pagare e sorridere. A questo punto mi chiedo perché proporre, tra le tariffe, l'opzione "colazione inclusa" se non si garantisce un servizio giusto, proporzionato, adeguato. La prossima volta starò più attenta.
