Close to Dubai Mall and tourist attractions, there is a grocery store near the hotel, clean and quiet, they offer car parking service, they also provided us with a free upgrade to a larger apartment with a view of the Burj Khalifa

I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your hotel, which has been extremely disappointing from the very first day. Firstly, there is only one staff member at the reception, resulting in long queues and unreasonable waiting times. In addition, there is no proper parking available, and the valet parking service is poorly organized, with only one person handling the entire hotel, causing further delays. There are also no trolleys available to help guests carry their luggage to their rooms, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The cleanliness of the room has also been a major concern, as we have encountered insects in the room during our stay. Furthermore, simple requests such as towels take almost an hour to be delivered. Housekeeping is also not available until around 6 PM, which is extremely inconvenient for guests. Overall, the level of service does not match what was advertised or what guests should reasonably expect from a hotel. We have paid for a three-night stay, yet from the first day we have faced one issue after another.
