I arrived at Miami airport, they told me a bus would come for my family and we waited 50 minutes without a single bus passing. A shame. I asked for an Uber after 1 hour and when I was getting in, the bus arrived. I couldn't cancel the Uber and returned in Uber. Very bad service considering that Sheraton and Marriott, for example, sent 3 buses in the time that Hilton had not passed... arriving from the trip and waiting almost an hour seemed to me the worst experience... exhausted and hot for 1 hour for the bus to arrive, which also did not stop...
