The structure is well cleaned and tidy, you can notice the attention to quality and availability that the owners put into it, and it is in a strategic central location to move around and get to know the city of Cagliari.

Despite being in the city center, external noises are not heard, the structure is impeccable from many points of view, the only thing is that my room was poorly soundproofed, I could hear all the noises from my neighbor's room but considering the pleasant stay, it is something that can still be accepted.

Maristella the Owner of the Rent Rooms, is a welcoming, sociable, helpful, honest, clear, and transparent woman like her husband. They are present and timely in repairing the inconvenience; both practical and emotional. The cleanliness at the entrance on the first day was all clean and tidy. Availability to clean upon their request and change the sheets if requested. Obviously, I also found the towels available on the bed. Functioning and refreshing air conditioning. They are not people who hide behind the web but honest people who introduce themselves by shaking hands and offering a drink or breakfast inside the course full of shops and restaurants. They are promoters and leaders in proposing to spend time in the course that seems annoying and noisy, and at night at one everything goes out and we find ourselves in the Tropical oasis. Encouraging and exciting. Unforgettable. When I saw the husband and her, my heart opened and that's what I left with. Have a good stay to those who can enjoy the Deb Maristella rent rooms.

I did not find any OBJECTION in the description of the stay. Which corresponds to the reality that is postponed while waiting when we enter their premises. They answer the phone, which in my experience is rare.
