The whole pool bar area on the ocean is under construction and it's disaster. Don't go.

The noise of construction and atmosphere was completely ruined, made what was supposed to beca relaxing comfortable vacation into a loud, anxiety filled stay.

There was major refurbishments ongoing, which we were not informed about (7 floors being refurbished) workmen and equipment everywhere on the ground floor - one lift out of action due to this. The fact that we needed to book restaurant reservations well in advance arrival, we struggled to get table bookings at a reasonable time i.e. the one slot we did book was for 9:00pm We had a nice room as it had been refurbished, it was a shame though that there was no light installed on the balcony, plus the light switch for the toilet/shower room was linked to the light in the bedroom area (by the sink) so if you needed to go to the toilet during the night-time the whole bedroom area was illuminated not ideal !

Que al hacer la reserva, después me pidieron pagar y 2 días antes de llegar me avisan que están en obras y que no funcionaba la piscina, debieron advertir esto desde el principio para cambiar de hotel, el ruido de la obra muy fuerte, molestaba para el desayuno y los pasadizos estaban ocupados Pésima experiencia

Resort fee - ripoff. The facilities weren’t even open or available. Building being refurbed so did not feel like a luxury property.
