Great hotel, beautiful design. The location is ideal for a visit to Copenhagen. The city center can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. Breakfast is good.

During breakfast, everything was promptly replenished. The location was great, you could take either the S-Bahn or Metro.

There were only 2 hooks, 2 bars, and 6 hangers for clothing. No shelves or drawers.
The hotel does not have a safe. Therefore, we were forced to always take our valuables with us. The windows were not allowed to be opened for inexplicable reasons. The staff did not want to tell us the reason for this exactly. The air conditioning air is simply not sufficient/good. In my case, this even led to cold symptoms. There was no storage space for clothing (shelf/closet), they seem to aim for a modern and cool look here, but that has not been achieved. The staff seemed rather bored and did not want to address our problem properly. The complaint to booking.com has not been answered to this day. The hotel provider (Bonvoy/Marriott), to whom I also complained separately, at least reacted.
