The calm of the place, the very friendly staff at all levels, the comfort of the room and the fact that we could park right in front of our house/room. The breakfast is plentiful and everyone goes out of their way to please us. The pool is spacious.

The breakfast, very good. Unfortunately, they do not offer lunch or dinner, and it is quite far from other restaurants.

While the establishment is good and the facilities are nice, when we went, there was very high temperature, which is why they had to CLOSE the pool (??!!), and it was closed for 2 out of the 4 days of our stay. Although the manager is extremely kind and committed to service, he could not solve any of the issues that arose. It was the FIFA World Cup, and the TVs in the rooms did not have TV signal, which also had no solution. When we left, we left a large sum of money forgotten in the safe with a code, we called the manager who could verify that the code was correct, that the safe was still closed, but unfortunately the money was lost, which ended up leaving us with a bitter taste.
