We were pleasantly surprised by the appearance and location of the hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with fresh products. You can relax in the cozy lobby with a drink by the fireplace.

The room had a view of a courtyard/alleyway. The grout in the shower area did not look fresh.
Nice hotel in a beautiful location, city center easily accessible by tram (5 min walk), right next to Holmenkollen ski jump. Lovely room with great shower, good beds, and clean. Delicious breakfast. Despite its size, everything is well organized.

The restaurant is not as you would expect in such a hotel, the food is good but not great. The staff barely pays attention to the guests and does everything perfunctorily. Too bad. This is in contrast to the man who greets you for breakfast, he is super friendly.

1. It was not possible to stream to the TV as you should be able to do. When we pointed this out, they were well aware of this and had no solution. You could not borrow an HDMI cable. They charge for it to work so poorly when they do not solve problems or compensate. The refrigerator also did not work. It was just below room temperature. Same situation here. They charge for it, are aware of it, and have no solution or compensation. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel
