When I booked the room it said damage deposit was $75 but when I got there surprise surprise it was $150 even though I was informed otherwise.

The room had no extra toilet rolls & after waiting over an hour to receive them, I had to go down to the front desk & the person at the desk was not the most friendly about it. A guest should not have to endure this humiliation. 3. Location was good for our needs. 4. We were not informed that there was only valet parking and accessing the parking port was problematic.

Dirty structure, in every towel I found hairs, fake eyelashes on the floor in the room when I arrived. Dust and very dated furniture. Not to mention the breakfast (the worst in hotels in my life). In addition to the final surprise with the charge for breakfasts that were already included in my Booking rate. Only after complaining was I refunded. Besides the tap water that came out drop by drop. Stay away from this hotel
