The room was comfortable. The location was perfect - directly across from Central Station. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would stay there again.

The room was air conditioned but even though we had a thermostat in the room, our adjustments didn't work. So the room was a little warmer than we would have liked.

My only complaint is that the room was too warm. There were NO instructions on how to use the air conditioning, and everything I tried failed. I opened the window, which did the trick. There should have been a little card or similar explaining how to adjust the temperature of the room.
