Rooms too small to open a suitcase, let alone 2 AC really noisy, couldn't open windows Not properly cleaned To get out/into the toilet you had to step into the shower

Great location. Had stayed once before so knew the rooms were nice. Great checkout time! Lovely that I could leave my bags with reception before and after. Got offered a really good price for upgrade to bigger room.

I was offered an upgrade to larger room. Which was great but the aircon and something else like a fan or similar were so very loud. Also the bathroom was really darkly lit, but very modern and even though no fan the steam cleared quickly.

The location is great! Near shops on Robson Street; Roger’s Arena for sports or concerts; and the Parq Casino is 10 minute walk from the hotel! ❤️

Limited counter space, but we made it work with the stylish small ledge.
