They don't have the lake view room that I booked and lost Money.

I paid for lake view and was not available when We got there. So got a room in a corner with a view to building next door and a sliver of lake view. Then, without notice our room did not get serviced. No towels to shower with … it was just a mess. At the end of the stay we were given 50.00 credit for the lack of service.
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms we were allocated were terrible. We paid $500 for one night and was so disappointed. The last time I stayed was in 2012 and thought the same then the rooms were horrible. I could of stayed in a comfort Inn or holiday Inn and the rooms would be the same. We will not be staying again.

Rooms. Over rated. parking you had to pay for. Wifi didn't work unless you were an honored guest.

I paid for an upgrade through booking, which was a mistake. Booking wrote about a room above the 77th floor, but the hotel only has 25 floors. The hotel did not want to know anything about any upgrade. They did not clean, left the garbage, the shower construction in the bathroom is terrible. The breakfast is not worth half... In the end, they added a bunch of taxes to the bill, which was not mentioned in the booking... Disappointment
