There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay one extra night.

Lots of homeless people at the location camping outside of it, the rooms are very unclean, I had found a sock that did not belong to me just in the middle of the room. As well, I killed at least four cockroaches in my bedroom during my stay. Plus the TV did not have an HDMI cable so I cannot watch any of the programs.

within the first 10 minutes of being in the room we found cockroaches and other small bugs; there was dog hair all over the bed and pillows. the bathtub did not work and the shower was cold, the sink was falling into the counter, this was the worst hotel I have been in, the photos are very misleading and I don't appreciate that.

I stayed in Denver for my birthday weekend and made the mistake of booking here. As soon as you get into the room it's dark because the only way the light will stay on is if you manually keep pushing the light switch. There's no lamp & As soon as that light turned on COCKROACHES were EVERYWHERE! The room was absolutely filthy and reeked of bug bombs, smoke, and mold 🤢 The room was SO run down, I've seen better-kept homeless encampments 🥴 We IMMEDIATELY called front desk and explained situation and Sandy not only switched us to a different room (much cleaner and didn't stink, and only saw 2 roaches prior to check-out) but the staff refunded our stay and deposit. The property does have a swimming pool, however we were too grossed out to stay longer than absolutely NECESSARY, & didn't bother checking it out.
