The staff's attitude was so-so. Especially the bell desk, front desk, there was no sign of trying to help the guests at all.

Robes were not provided in the room, although it is a 4-star hotel.
For those with little time, the location is very convenient. You can walk to the pedestrian street of Myeong-Dong, as well as the historic part. The subway is just a stone's throw away. From the airport, there is a shuttle that drops you right in front of the hotel and they send you directions by email before arrival. Top! The room we took was very large, the bathroom a bit dated but clean and functional. Quality breakfast with a wide variety of savory and sweet items. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
