Room not as advertised, the "balcony" straight on a roof full of AC units making a lot of noise and smelling like McDonald's. Not worth the extra money ! Also the room furniture was old with some holes in the cushions... Big crowd everywhere, long queue for check-in.... Is this really a Hilton ?

- crowded pools, very dirty - a lot of noise - no shade at the pools, but if you want it at the beach you have to pay 100 dollars a day - run-down facilities - elevators with several problems, and several scares - we closed our bathroom door and it simply locked. Someone had to come and break it open - arrogant and unhelpful staff - the floor of the room was tilted to one side, making it hard to walk - the beach in front of the hotel is VERY DIRTY - the hotel lagoon looks like a swamp when you step in

Pools are very small for the amount of people. No swim up bar, the pools close at 9pm! What a joke!! When we first arrived they gave us a “ complementary upgrade” lol it was no upgrade. Let me tell you it was a shitty room that we had to call and complain and then wait till the next day to get put into a room that I had originally paid for the king size ocean view room that was a little bit better but beds were hard.

Definitely a crowded resort and full of families, pool chairs filled up fast so you had to stake your spots early. Unfortunately there was construction on one of the towers happening the whole weekend of our stay so it made beach and pool time really noisy.

The elevator system is unique, when you enter the room number it assigns you to each elevator, but during busy times you end up waiting a long time
