Parking too expensive, fridge entirely too small couldn’t fit a to go tray in it, and no microwave to reheat food that may have gotten cold!!!!
$50 a night parking $30 a day surcharge all unexpected when I book a room I want the totals charge upfront. These surprises can bust your budget for a vacation.

The room didn't have a microwave. After confirmation that my parking was paid and good to go by two separate front desk clerks, we received a call on the morning of check out about a parking fee that was due. They cut off our card in and out of the garage prior to 11 AM. So we were ultimately held hostage until a nice lady let us out because you can't deny us access in or out prior to check out time.
