The location is beautiful, by the beach and located amongst all the bars and restaurants which is lovely. We had a lovely welcome and drink which was nice. The team is brilliant

It was low season and sargassum season, so I feel that it was overpriced for the room given our experiences in the other places in Yucatan that we stayed. The room felt reasonably basic for the price but this may reflect prices in Tulum itself

Beautiful hotel on the beach, very well maintained. The whole team is charming and very attentive. The location is perfect for visiting the surroundings. There were few people and we were lucky to be upgraded to a large sea view room. We really appreciated this attention.

The price is too high, knowing that the beach is not usable at this time of year because of the sargassum. But this is the case in all hotels in Tulum where prices seem to have skyrocketed in recent years... Continuous music in the neighboring beach club during the weekend, but the hotel can't do anything about it.
